Safety Training - December 7th 2024

Youth Snowmobile Safety Training | Youth ages 11 – 15 must complete snowmobile safety training through an interactive online course as well as an in person class and driving test. This online course takes approximately 2 to 4 hours.

The online course will allow kids to start and stop so they will not need to complete it all in one sitting.  Once the student has completed the online course, they must also complete a safety class and driving test. 

We encourage our youth in the community who wish to be certified snowmobilers to attend the require in person course and drive test on December 7th at the Savage Legion. If you have kids, neighbor kids, and friends of friends and are looking to have them certified, please register early as class sizes are limited. To register email Kurt Niosi at kdniosi@yahoo.com.

For Adults, if you were born after 1976, you need  have a snowmobile certificate to ride.  Adult Certification Class is available at the same link above.
